Application for Advertising
on the GEO Web Site

Please fill out and submit the following application. If you have questions or are uncertain about one or more questions please make note in the comments area.

Instructions

Lines #1 - 9. Fill out name, address and telephone number.

Line #10. Decide how many different ads you would like to enter into the rotation. For example, you may wish to have only one spot in the rotation (meaning that if there are 10 advertisers your ad will come up every tenth page.) but you may wish to have two different ads in the rotation; if there are 10 advertisers your first ad would show up after ten pages and the second ad would show up after the next ten pages. Your two ads would alternate like this.

Line #11. Decide whether you will send the artwork to GEO via email so that we may post the ad to the GEO server, or whether you will post the ad to your own server and simply give us the URL of the ad so that we may refer to it.

Lines #12. If you wish to post the ads to your own server, tell us the URL for each ad. (For example the ad is located at: http://www.YourComapnyName.com/path/to/Ad1.gif)

Line #13. If you have not yet posted the ads to your own web accessible server but you intend to do so, please send the URLs later via email.

Line #14. Enter the web address of the site you wish your visitors to see when they click on your ad (Click-through).

Line #15 Enter an Account Name and Password that you wish to use when accessing your advertisement's statistics page. You can access your advertisement's statistics at: http://www.globalequity.org/cgi-bin/ads_admin.pl.

Line #16. Decide whether you wish to run your ads in the entire web site (Minus the Individual Chapter Pages) or on the pages of one local chapter, or on the pages of two local chapters or on the pages of three local chapters. For each of these choices select the number of times you wish to have your ads appear in the rotation. For example, 1 spot in the rotation means that if there are ten advertisers , your ad would appear every tenth page. For 2 spots in the rotation when there are ten advertisers your ad will appear every fifth page. For 3 spots in the rotation your ad will appear 3 times for each one time the other ads appear, etc..., If you decide to advertise on the pages of one or more local chapters you must select the chapters in which your ad will appear. Please note: If you wish to have certain ads appear through out the entire site and certain other ads appear only on the pages of a particular chapter, please tell us exactly what you would like to have happen by using the "comments/questions" section of the application.

Line #17. If you are a first time advertiser please Check YES; there is a one time set up fee of $375. If, however, you have advertised with GEO before, please check NO; the set up fee has already been paid.

Line #18. Click the TOTAL button to bring up your advertising total.

Line #19 Enter the number of months you wish the ad to run. (Please note: the cost generated in the "total advertising costs" reflects only the first month.)

Line #20 Enter the date on which you want your ad to begin it's run.

Line #21. If you have any special instructions or questions for us please note them here. This is where you would tell us which ads you would like to have appear through out the site and which ads should appear only on the pages of a particular chapter(s).
