Conference Fees and Registration Information

*Please note: The conference is open to GEO members only. For this reason, the conference fee for non-members includes a one year membership in GEO. The conference registration fee for non-members is exactly $295 more than the fee for members. This $295 difference represents the cost of a one year (365 day) membership in the Global Equity Organization. A one-year membership in GEO runs from the date of registration up to the same date the following year.

SPECIAL OFFER – For a limited time, all full-paying GEO conference attendees are eligible for a complimentary One-Day Pass that they may provide to one (1) certified issuer colleague or contact. This offer is provided in conjunction with GEO's 2003 Outreach Campaign to provide an opportunity for interested individuals to participate in our most important event. Full paying conference delegates have also requested an attendance option for supervisors and decision makers to attend the conference to get an overview of core issues. The workshops and breakout sessions for the GEO 2003 Annual Conference are almost completely finalized. Since they are, you can now select the workshops you wish to attend and sign up for them when you register for the GEO Annual Conference. If you have already registered for the coference you can now select the workshops you wish to atttend, so that we can accommodate everyone who signs up for a particular workshop/breakout session. Select, check or change your workshop session selections.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Between January 15, 2003 and March 1, 2003 we will refund 1/2 (50%) of the original conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After March 1, 2003 there will be no refunds.

If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your conference registration after March 1, 2003, you will have the option of substituting another person from your company/firm/organization to attend in your place. This person must be, or needs to become a GEO member to attend the conference in your place. Also, in order for someone to attend the conference in your place you must contact our officemanager@globalequity.org. You cannot perform this substitution yourself.

If you wish to cancel your conference registration after March 1, 2003 and there is no one to attend in your place, and if you feel there are extenuating circumstances surrounding your cancellation, you will need to contact our Executive Director at Director@globalequity.org regarding your desire to cancel your registration.

For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to your membership are not refundable under our conference cancellation policy.
