Conference Fees and Registration Information

Full conference registration fee includes the opening reception and an open top bus tour on Wednesday the 22nd; admission to all sessions, lunch, breaks, and the GEO Awards Dinner on Thursday the 23rd; and admission to all sessions, lunch, and breaks on Friday the 24th. Full conference attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase one (1) guest ticket to the GEO Awards dinner for Thursday the 23rd. This additional guest ticket may be purchased during the conference registration process at a cost of £150 + VAT @ 17.5%.

Conference One Day Pass Registration

GEO is pleased to now offer One Day Passes for our upcoming GEO Annual Conference in London. By completing the PDF registration form below, delegates may register to attend for one full day only, either Thursday or Friday.

• £325 for Issuer Company One Day Delegate Rate
• £150 Additional to Attend the GEO Awards Dinner, 23rd of June

The workshops/breakout sessions for the GEO 2005 Annual Conference have been finalized (though we may be forced to make some minor changes as we approach the conference date). You can now select the workshops you wish to attend when you register for the 2005 GEO Annual Conference in London. If you had already registered for the conference before the workshop selection was available you can select the workshops you wish to atttend here. If you have already made your workshop selection but wish to make a change to a particular session(s), please click here to check or change your workshop selection.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration is open and you may register for the sixth annual GEO Conference.

If you must cancel your conference registration fee, we offer a 100% refund of the registration fee up until 31 March 2005. Between 31 March 2005 and 15 May 2005 we will refund 1/2 (50%) of the original conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After 15 May 2005 there will be no refunds.

If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your conference registration after 15 May 2005, you will have the option of substituting another person from your company/firm/organization to attend in your place. This person must be, or needs to become a GEO member to attend the conference in your place. In order for someone to attend the conference in your place you must contact mholly@globalequity.org. You cannot perform this substitution yourself.

If you wish to cancel your conference registration after 15 May 2005 and there is no one to attend in your place, and you feel there are extenuating circumstances surrounding your cancellation, you will need to contact pstetson@globalequity.org regarding your desire to cancel your registration.

For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to your membership are not refundable under our conference cancellation policy.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 days of the request.
