Conference Fees and Registration Information

Full conference registration fee includes the Opening Reception on Wednesday (26 April), entrance to the exhibition hall, admission to all conference educational sessions, lunches, breaks, and the GEO Awards Dinner at Cipriani’s Wall Street on Thursday (27 April). Full conference attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase one (1) guest ticket to the GEO Awards dinner for US$200. Substitutions of any kind for full conference attendees are not permitted.

The 2006 Conference Plenary and Breakout Session descriptions are now available. The workshops and plenary sessions may change without notice.

You may now select the Workshops (Breakout Sessions) you wish to attend at the GEO Annual conference in New York City while completing your conference registration. If you did not have the opportunity to select the workshops you wish to attend at the Conference, you may select your workshops here. You may also check or change your workshop selection at any time before the conference begins.

The GEO Year 2006 Seventh Annual Conference Presentations will be available as Acrobat PDFs for members only. They will be posted here before the conference begins. Please check back.To download any or all of these presentations you will need your Active GEO Member username and password.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration, we offer a 100% refund of the registration fee up until 24 February 2006. Between 25 February 2006 and 20 March 2006 we will refund 50% of the original conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After 20 March, there will be no refunds.

If you are unable to attend and you must cancel your conference registration after 20 March 2006, you will have the option of substituting another person from your company/firm/organization to attend in your place. This person must be, or needs to become a GEO member to attend the conference in your place. In order for someone to attend the conference in your place you must contact Michele Holly ( ). You cannot perform this substitution yourself.

If you wish to cancel your conference registration after 20 March 2006 and there is no one to attend in your place, and you feel there are extenuating circumstances surrounding your cancellation, you will need to contact Michele Holly ( ) in writing.

For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to your membership are not refundable under our conference cancellation policy.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 days of the request.
