Your full conference registration fee includes the opening reception and a private River Boat cruise on the Thames River aboard the Silver Sturgeon on Wednesday the 27th; admission to all sessions, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and the GEO Awards Dinner on Thursday the 28th; and admission to all sessions, breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Friday the 29th. Full conference attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase one (1) guest ticket to the GEO Awards dinner for Thursday the 28th. This additional guest ticket may be purchased during the conference registration process at a cost of £150 + VAT @ 17.5%.

Registration Cancellation Policy |

If you must cancel your conference registration, we offer a 100% refund of the registration fee up until 31 March 2007. Between 1 April 2007 and 18 May 2007 we will refund 1/2 (50%) of the original conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After 18 May 2007 there will be no refunds. If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your conference registration after 18 May 2007, you will have the option of substituting another person from your company/firm/organization to attend in your place. This person must be, or needs to become a GEO member to attend the conference in your place. In order for someone to attend the conference in your place you must contact If you wish to cancel your conference registration after 18 May 2007 and there is no one to attend in your place, and you feel there are extenuating circumstances surrounding your cancellation, you will need to contact For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to your membership are not refundable under our conference cancellation policy. Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 days of the request. |
