Description of Event
Equity Incentives Under Review
The past 18 months have seen a dramatic rise in the regulatory and legal challenges affecting European and global equity compensation plans. Come join your colleagues and peers to discuss the key issues in the use of equity compensation plans in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The DACH chapter of the Global Equity Organization (GEO) is pleased to host its second annual one-day meeting examining the issues surrounding broad-based and executive equity compensation plans as well as corporate governance and accounting changes and considerations.
This event will be held primarily in German. However, we will provide short English language abstracts to the mainly German language conference material. During the conference, short verbal summaries in English will be provided after each presentation for members of the audience who do not speak German.
