Thank you for your interest in presenting at GEO's 11th Annual Conference, to be held in Chicago on 14-16 April 2010. The following web pages include everything you need to submit your presentation proposal for consideration by our speaker selection committee. In order to expedite the speaker selection process, all presentation proposals must be submitted via this website.

GEO’s speaker submission process yielded a record number of proposals in 2009 and we anticipate a similarly high level of interest again this year. All presentation proposals should deal with some aspect of equity compensation, administration, communication, governance, taxation, compliance or related topics.

Representatives of Issuing Firms who present at the GEO conference are not required to pay the conference attendee fee. Unfortunately, as a not-for-profit membership association, we are not in a position to extend this offer to speakers from provider or advisory firms. All presenters must either be current GEO members or agree to become members of GEO within 30 days of receiving notification that your presentation was accepted for the conference. Overview of Timeline 

• 20 November 2009 – Speaker Submission Deadline. All online speaker selection forms must be completed and submitted. No submissions will be considered after this date.
• Mid December 2009 – Speaker Notification Period.  Selected speakers will be notified via e-mail by GEO staff on date and time of chosen session/topic.
• 15 January 2010 – Speaker Membership Requirement. All speakers must be active members of GEO by this date.
• 18 January 2010 - Speaker Registration Deadline. All speakers must register for the conference by this date.
• 5 March 2010 – Presentations Due.
• 14-16 April 2010 – 11^th Annual Conference in Chicago.
