Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration, we offer a 100% refund of the registration fee until 15 July 2012. Between 16 July 2012 and 3 August 2012, we will refund 1/2 (50%) of the original conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After 3 August 2012, there will be no refunds.

If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your conference registration after 3 August 2012, you will have the option of substituting another person from your organization to attend in your place. In order for someone to attend the conference in your place, you must contact michele [dot] holly [at] globalequity [dot] org.

If you wish to cancel your conference registration after 3 August 2012 and there is no one to attend in your place, and you feel there are extenuating circumstances surrounding your cancellation, you will need to contact michele [dot] holly [at] globalequity [dot] org regarding your desire to cancel your registration.

2012 GEO Issuer Passes are not refundable for any reason.
For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to membership are not refundable under our conference cancellation policy.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 days of the request.
