Melbourne Chapter Meeting 

A panel of industry and advisory experts will talk about: the ATO’s view of ‘real risk of forfeiture’ under the new employee share scheme (ESS) tax provisions; prospectuses and product disclosure statements for employee offers; and a wrap up on reporting, plus tips for next year. The focus will be practical as well as technical. There should be something of interest to all companies that operate employee share plans in Australia, whether that company is domestic, multinational, private or public. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions or raise issues for comment by the panel and other attendees.
