Kimberly Hackman is the Global Stock Services Manager at Amazon.com based in Seattle, Washington and has more than 12 years of experience in equity compensation. Prior to joining Amazon.com, she was Manager of International Stock Plans for Starbucks Coffee Company, Global Stock Plan Manager for Expedia, Inc. and held stock administration roles at Alaska Airlines and Getty Images, Inc.
In her current role, Kimberly is responsible for program implementation and operations of Amazon’s broad-based equity compensation programs to over 110,000 employees in over 28 countries. As a team leader, Kimberly ensures the efficient administration of all stock plans worldwide, oversees including adherence to corporate policies, regulatory and legal compliance worldwide, and employee education and communication
She obtained her Certified Equity Professional designation from Santa Clara University's CEP Institute. Kim currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for GEO and in the past participated in the Issuer Advisory Council. She has also served with the Seattle Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals for over 8 years; 6 years as President, 2 years as Vice-President of Programs. Kimberly has been a speaker at many equity compensation events including NASPP and GEO and a winner of the 2008 GEO Awards for “Best in Financial Education” during her time at Starbucks Coffee Company.
