KEITH D. BILEZERIAN is the Senior Compensation and Benefits Counsel at Covidien in Mansfield, MA.  Mr. Bilezerian graduated, magna cum laude, from the New England Law | Boston and received a Master of Laws (in Taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center.  Mr. Bilezerian is responsible for Covidien’s executive compensation and employee benefit matters, including equity and incentive compensation, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, employee benefit issues in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings and international employee benefits.  Prior to joining Covidien, Mr. Bilezerian was a partner at Day Pitney LLP and McDermott, Will & Emery LLP
