Melanie Tom-Warner Joins UBS As Head of Client Management for CEFS

Weehawken, NJ - Melanie Tom-Warner has joined UBS Financial Services Inc. (UBS) as Director, Head of Client Relationship Management for Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS), a leading provider in equity compensation administration and wealth management services. Warner joins UBS from Smith Barney, where she was Senior Vice President, Head of Participant Services for the global stock plan business. She brings over seven years of experience focused on equity plan services including operational, corporate client, participant and international assignments. Warner is a graduate of Loyola College (Maryland) and is Series 7 registered and has completed CEP Levels 1 & 2.
