In their session Jane and Charlotte will explore core marketing principles and how they relate to the world of share plans. They will demonstrate the importance of creativity and messaging, how storytelling helps your employees connect emotionally with your plan, the channels you have at your finger-tips, and how to approach a global internal communication campaign. They will share some real life examples and research from the world of advertising, marketing and communications. If there’s enough time they’ll also analyse some recent campaigns to explore specific challenges and results.
