Vice President, Total Pay, Starbucks Coffee Company

Chris Gann is Vice President of Total Pay at Starbucks Coffee Company, based in Seattle. Chris has a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and over 20 years of experience working within a broad range of Human Resources functions. His tenure in HR has included extensive work within Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems and the Generalist role both domestically and internationally. Before coming to Starbucks, Chris worked for IBM, Citibank, Gateway, and ICOS. His current initiatives at Starbucks include reconfiguring the compensation and benefits package and enhancing the Starbucks partner experience.
