GEO - Changes in roles for Events and Marketing Directors

GEO is very pleased to announce the appointment of Jean Ulrich as GEO’s new full-time Events Director.  Ms Ulrich brings with her 10+ years of corporate event management experience and she will make a wonderful addition to GEO very unique group.  Ms Ulrich’s officially joins GEO on September 1st, but in the meantime please join me in welcoming her as we kick off a very busy and exciting FY07 of events!  Welcome aboard Jean!  For those attending the ifsProshare event in London on 6 September, please plan to stop by the GEO stand to say hello and to meet Jean.

Please also note that Laurie Keller has now assumed the newly created part-time Marketing Director position for GEO.  GEO wishes to officially thank Laurie for all of her work on the conference and events in FY06 – she did an outstanding job!  Thank you Laurie!  GEO has immense growth opportunities in the coming year with respect to chapter activity and increased offerings to our members and we are looking forward to this additional focus on GEO’s marketing efforts.
