| CHARLES A. HAGGERTY is currently Chief Executive Officer of Le Conte Assoc., LLC, a consulting and investment company in Laguna Niguel, California. Previously, he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Digital Corporation, a manufacturer of hard disk drives, from 1993 until his retirement in 2000. Prior thereto, he served IBM Corporation in various positions for 28 years, holding the posts of Vice President of IBM's Worldwide OEM Storage Marketing from 1991 to May 1992 and of Vice President/General Manager, Low-End Mass-Storage Products from 1989 to 1991. Mr. Haggerty serves as a director of Beckman Coulter, Inc., Pentair, Inc., Deluxe Corporation and Imation Corp. He is Chair of the Compensation Committee of Beckman Coulter, Deluxe, and Imation, and a Member of the Compensation Committee of Pentair. |
