Charissa is a Director in PwC’s Executive Reward practice since June 2022, assisting a wide range of companies in the field of executive compensation and long-term incentive plans. She has experience on (re)structuring, implementation, stakeholder communication, as well as national wage tax and expatriate taxes. Before PwC, Charissa gained 10 years of experience in this field at Deloitte. Charissa holds a Master Degree in Tax Law (University of Tilburg) and completed a Post-master International and European tax law (Erasmus University Rotterdam) as well as a Compensation & Benefits Management programme (Vlerick Business School in Brussels). She is the author of multiple publications on equity compensation and teaches on management participation and compensation & benefits.
