Cancellation/Substitution Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration, we offer a 90% refund of the registration fee until 29 February 2016. Between 1 March 2016 and 31 March 2016, we will refund 1/2 (50%) of the original conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After 31 March 2016, there will be no refunds.

If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your conference registration, you will have the option of substituting another person from your organization to attend in your place. Depending on the registration rate paid, it may be necessary for this person to become a GEO member to attend in your place. In order for someone to attend the conference in your place, you must contact michele.holly@globalequity.org.

If you wish to cancel your conference registration after 31 March 2016, and there is no one to attend in your place, and you feel there are extenuating circumstances surrounding your cancellation, you will need to contact michele.holly@globalequity.org regarding your desire to cancel your registration.

For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to membership are not refundable under our cancellation policy.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 days of the request.
