GEO was delighted to present the inaugural Global Communications Forum, hosted at the IET: Savoy Place, located in Central London, on 14 November 2017. This unique event, focused exclusively on share plan communications brought together the industry’s best to discuss leading practices and collaboratively address top communication challenges.
Back by popular demand from GEO's 18th Annual Conference in Rome, the Global Communication's Forum opened with guest faculty, Erin Meyer, multi-cultural communications expert, author of The Culture Map: Breaking Through the Invisible Boundaries of Global Business, INSEAD professor, winner of the 2015 Thinkers50 Radar Award, and named one of the top 30 HR influencers in the world by HR Magazine.
Attendees joined GEO and Professor Meyer to understand-and making the best possible use of-cultural differences and apply this learning to increase the success of their share plan communications. Attendees to GEO’s Global Communications Forum also had access to twelve communications-focused breakout sessions and four networking opportunities, all set in the beautiful, newly renovated IET facility with state of the art technology and historic views of central London.
A day of two parts; this was an opportunity to join share plan and compensation professionals, experts and business partners:
