Terry Adamson served as the Global Practice Leader for Aon's Equity and Governance Consulting Services. In his role, Terry has advised thousands of public and private companies with regard to equity design, valuation, accounting under ASC Topic 718, and share management.

Terry was formerly on the FASB Round Table on Employee Share Options, and on the Executive Advisory Committee of the NASPP. Terry currently serves on the Advisory Board of the CEP and is the Chairperson of the Society of Actuaries taskforce on stock option valuation. Terry is a frequent author and speaker regarding equity compensation and is known as one of the premiere experts on Performance Share programs, specifically Relative TSR plans.

Transferring to Equiniti, Phil has been involved with employee reward and benefits for over 30 years and is on the board of the European Federation of Employee Share Ownership, the ProShare Advisory Committee, a founder member of the Share Schemes Advanced Studies Group, was on the GEO board of directors for 10 years and is president of the WECC.

Leann has advised on many technology implementations and tax engagements where she has provided thought leadership, project management and technical advice for practical and maintainable solutions. She has developed award-winning approaches for her clients to mobile employee tracking and income sourcing processes for equity compensation recognized by trade organizations, Global Equity Organization in 2011 and 2015 and Forum for Expatriate Management in 2011.

Leann serves as a board member of the Global Equity Organization and has served on the board of the KPMG’s NYC Network of Women representing the Tax Service line from 2010 – 2015. Leann was recognized for her efforts with KPMG when inducted into New York City’s YWCA Academy of Women Leaders in 2013.

Since 2010, Yael has been Head of the Stock Plans Management Department at Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries LTD, headquartered in Petach Tikva, Israel.

Yael is responsible for all Equity Incentives Awards given to Teva's employees worldwide from grant date to expiry date (stock options, RSUs, PSUs, Cash & ESPP), including auditing and tracking daily stock transactions.

She is also in charge of the operation and control of external consultants and service providers (trustees, brokers, accounting firms, finance team and payroll departments) and managing legal, tax, and compliance obligations globally, including relocated employees’ taxation and withholding processes.

Yael's department also manages:

  • Share certificates issuance, the shareholders database and the company's quarterly dividend process of approximately 1.5 billion dollars a year.

  • Preparation of all required reports for stock-based compensation and Executive Compensation footnote disclosures to be included in SEC filings and statutory financial statements.

  • Equity Incentive Awards financial reporting - ASC718, DTA and Forecasting.

In 2018, Yael's department moved from the Finance unit to the HR unit. The move allowed her to take on more HR responsibilities in the Total Rewards field.

Yael became the Head of the Teva Recognition Plan, in which employees recognize each other for any day-today activity and creating a culture of "Thank You".

She is highly involved with GEO activities, frequently speaking at GEO conferences and events, and this year established an Israeli GEO Chapter.

Yael is based in Israel and is married with three children. Besides her family and her job, Yael plays soccer in a professional women’s league, loves CrossFit and enjoys being outside with the kids.

Adie Leung transformed her career from an auditor in public accounting to an in-house mobility compensation and tax specialist at Citi 21 years ago; where she started her involvement in employee share ownership. With her current role, she is responsible for Citi’ share plan strategic and operation management including specific plan designs for Asia countries with local regulatory requirements. She sits on Citi’s global steering committees for equity compensation and global process owner projects for cross-border employees, mobility and equity compensation. Adie initiated the Citi Asia’s frequent business travelers and secondments travel tracking and management and control project 18 years ago; leading Citi as the subject market leader in the industry. Adie has also built a business strategic function with the business sectors for mobility talent planning and management. Adie’s involvement with GEO began in 2005 and she has been actively engaged in GEO as conference speaker, issuer council member, chapter coordinator and GEO award judge. In 1999, Ms. Schneider founded the Global Equity Organization (GEO) that now has over 6000 members worldwide. After 18 years as Chair, Carine was recognized as Chair Emeritus. Carine was also a founding Board Member of the Santa Clara University CEP Program and served as Chair twice. Carine started her career as Manager of Shareholder Relations at Oracle Corporation where she assisted in the IPO and managed all aspects of the company's various stock plans.

Ms. Schneider was born in The Netherlands and speaks Dutch and English. She received her degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of California. She is a frequent speaker at conferences around the world, including President Obama’s 2016 Global Entrepreneurial Summit, and has authored various articles and chapters in industry publications.

She is also responsible for Compensation Committee materials and agendas. Barbara is currently on the NY Board of GEO and is an active member of the NASPP. She received her CEP designation in 2004 and actively supports the exams as a CEP Volunteer. She has spoken on NASPP and CEP Symposium Panels. She is also a member of World at Work and is working towards her CECP.
