Suzanne Bates, CEO, Bates CommunicationsBuild a High-Performing Leadership Team that Motivates, Aligns, and Engages People
With Suzanne Bates, CEO, Bates Communications
As a leader, your ability to bring a team together, align, motivate and inspire their performance is the key to organizational success. But what is it that enables some teams to work together better than others? How do great teams manage to perform above and beyond? Research tells us that when a team "shows up" exhibiting qualities that inspire trust and good will, great things happen. These teams not only bring their exceptional technical knowledge to solving complex issues, they also demonstrate qualities like authenticity, concern, humility, and restraint, that enable them to surface and resolve issues, meet challenges head on, unify behind a common goal and get things done.

In our energizing closing keynote, top CEO coach and bestselling author Suzanne Bates, offered a peek into the "science" behind how great teams perform, through a collective approach to leading with influence. Through an interactive discussion of real-life case studies, attendees discovered how being aware of certain qualities of leadership presence can transform team dynamics and also saw how a team's strengths and gaps help and hinder their performance.
