Designed for the intermediate to advanced Excel user, bring your laptop fully charged with Excel 2007 or above and come join us as we explore the tremendous power of Excel! Advance registration is required as space is limited, and like last year, the session is expected to reach capacity quickly.

Speak to Engage  FEATURING Public Speaking Coach Lisa Braithwaite
Wednesday, 23 October 2013, 3:00 – 4:15

Text Box: Connecting with your audience is a critical step that's frequently overlooked by speakers. Sometimes the audience is not there by choice. Sometimes they're skeptical or hostile. Whatever the reason, as presenters, we don't always receive the level of attention and interest from the audience we hope for. And, if they're not interested, they're not paying attention and they're not engaged.
Take your presentations in a whole new direction where your audience hangs on every word and responds to your call to action. Join public speaking coach, Lisa Braithwaite, who will share her fool-proof techniques for giving a presentation that grabs your audience's attention and keeps it, while raising your professional profile just a few notches!
Lisa will be onsite on Thursday, 24 October for individual laser coaching sessions (20 minutes each) available to anyone interested. Session attendees have priority booking and advance registration is required.

Advanced Global Equity Training
Wednesday, 23 October 2013, 1:30 – 4:15

With a focus on globally mobile employees, this intense three-hour program--sponsored by Baker & McKenzie and featuring  attorneys June Anne Burke, Sinead Kelly and Denise Glagau--will train participants on the more complex issues for international stock plans, including the difficult tax and regulatory issues that can arise from awards held by employees who transfer between countries together with practical solutions for dealing with these issues. Speakers will also focus on preparing grant documents that anticipate these transfers, which can mitigate some of the tax and regulatory issues arising from them. This training will address all types of equity awards, with an emphasis on options, RSUs and ESPP. As a bonus, all participants will be provided with course materials which include invaluable Baker & McKenzie precedents. Open to issuer attendees only.
