The conference will be held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Recently renovated with inspiring features, the Renaissance Nashville Hotel is a luxury haven in legendary Music City. The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown, conveniently attached to 5th + Broad and steps from attractions and Music Row. Attendees will recharge in brand-new sleeping rooms with plush bedding, expansive workstations, marble bathrooms and striking views of downtown Nashville.

Hotel Booking Information

Participants are responsible for organizing their own accommodation and travel to and from the conference and any other related charges. For your convenience, GEO is holding an allocation of rooms at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel and has secured a discounted rate of $259 per night, plus 15.25% and state tax and $2.50 city tax per night for a single occupancy bedroom. This rate is only valid until 16 July 2021, and is based on availability.

  • There are a limited number of rooms available in GEO’s discounted room block and rates expire 16 July 2021. Be sure to book accommodations early to avoid disappointment.
  • Check-in time is 4:00pm, Check-Out time is 12:00pm

  • A credit card will be required to guarantee your accommodation when you make the reservation
