Danish Stock Option Act
In January 2019 a new act on the amendment of the Danish Stock Option Act entered into force. The new act introduced substantial changes with an overall aim to increase the freedom of contract in a termination situation within stock option plans, and thereby making it significantly more attractive for companies to use stock options as a part of the employee remuneration. On the session Søren Hessellund Klausen will focus on the main changes and issues related to the new act, including issues related to the entry into force and the application of the new rules on already established plans.
