If you must cancel your registration, we offer a 90% refund of the registration fee until 27 January 2017. Between 28 January 2017 and 1 March 2017, we will refund 1/2 (50%) of the original registration fee for canceled registrations. After 1 March 2017, there will be no refunds.
If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your conference registration after 1 March 2017, you will have the option of substituting another person from your organization to attend in your place. This person must be, or needs to become a GEO member to attend the conference in your place. In order for someone to attend the conference in your place, you must contact us directly with your request.
Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 days of the request.

Conference attire is business or business casual. Due to varying temperatures in the meeting rooms, it is recommended that you bring a jacket or sweater to all sessions.
On Wednesday, for the Vatican City Tour ladies MUST have covered knees and shoulders (no sleeveless tops) and men MUST have long pants and at least short sleeves. This event will require a great deal of walking on hard, marble and stone flooring and streets so ensure your shoes are comfortable.
Attire for the GEO Awards Dinner and Presentations is formal. Black tie, tuxedo or business suit is suggested for gentlemen and evening dress (long or short) or business suit for ladies.
