Kate has worked in the field of equity compensation for the past 7 years within Fortune 500 companies such as Covidien and Tyco International. Prior to entering this field, Kate spent the early part of her career in university recruitment and financial services.
 

Kate has an MBA from Howard University with a double major in Human Resources and Finance.  She also holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Southern Illinois in Carbondale.
