Jessica Carbullido is director of compensation for Con-way Inc. As the company’s senior compensation specialist, she is responsible for developing and managing corporate compensation and diversity and inclusion programs.  This includes most facets of compensation philosophy, broad-based and executive compensation, short term and long-term variable pay programs, equity, and EEO compliance.

Jessica joined Con-way in 1994.  She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.  She has been designated as a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) by Santa Clara University and as both a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork.
