Lydia Terrill has worked in the equity compensation field for over 14 years, mostly on the public issuer side, at various companies in Silicon Valley. She has primarily managed in-house equity compensation programs. She appreciates the variety and lack of boredom that accompany work in this field.

The National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) and NASPP executive and program committees.  She has spoken at many equity compensation events, including ones for GEO, NASPP, CEPI, and ETRADE. Lydia received a B.S. from East Stroudsburg University and obtained her CEP designation in 2002.
