Georgina Lai is the Equity Programs Lead at Facebook.  She has worked on a wide range of equity compensation issues, from 409A to the Facebook IPO and the subsequent employee lock-up release.

Over the past two years at Facebook, Georgina has lead the implementation of the global equity database, the integration of dual brokerages, an internally built global employee equity portal, and the various automated integration feeds from payroll and HR to and from these systems.  She also works on SOX and internal compliance, financial reporting (both US and international), and education.  Prior to joining Facebook, Georgina was part of the global equity programs team at Salsforce.com.
