Sandra Pace, Managing Director, joined the Firm on its founding. She previously served for thirteen years as Vice President and Consultant at Pearl Meyer & Partners.

Ms. Pace assists public and private for-profit companies as well as non-profit organizations in the design and implementation of executive compensation and Board remuneration programs, including equity participation programs and special incentive arrangements.

As leader of the Firm’s non-profit practice, Ms. Pace advises non-profit organizations on executive and trustee compensation and related corporate governance matters, with a particular focus on ensuring that compensation can be deemed reasonable. These clients include social/human services organizations and private foundations, among others.
Ms. Pace also spearheads the Firm’s market pricing practice, developing market pricing models and assisting clients in compensation benchmarking. She works with clients in various industries including, healthcare and information services, retail, manufacturing, and consumer products sectors.

Ms. Pace has been interviewed by Directorship magazine and and has been quoted by The Chronicle of Philanthropy. She has hosted peer-to-peer roundtables with The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) related to non-profit compensation and governance matters. She has spoken on issues related to executive compensation at various regional and national conferences, including those sponsored by WorldAtWork, the Global Equity Organization (GEO), E*Trade and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). She has authored articles on non-profit and for-profit compensation and governance issues for publications including, Workspan Magazine and NYU’s academic journal PhilanthropyNYU.

A graduate of the City University of New York, Ms. Pace holds a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
