Arthur has over 9 years of experience in international human resources with specialization in compensation and benefits and has built up a track record in managing organizational change.
Having joined Intertrust in 2011, Arthur is responsible for compensation and benefits initiatives as well as being generic HR manager for various international (sales) offices. As the private equity-backed sector of trust and corporate services is growing and consolidating over the years, Arthur has been involved in various international M&A and integration activities which involved compensation modelling and design, executive remuneration, communication and change management. During the preparation for the IPO of Intertrust in October 2015, Arthur was part of the deal team covering the design, implementation and communication of the post-IPO equity plans and the transition from the private equity management participation plan towards the new equity plans.

Before Intertrust, Arthur has worked on various international HR projects with the international Merchant Banking business of ABN AMRO. Arthur holds a Master degree in Labour Psychology and a Master degree in Organizational Communication with University of Twente and is based in Amsterdam.
