Nancy Mesereau Joins Morgan Stanley Global Stock Plan Services as Head of Corporate Client Experience

New York: Nancy Mesereau has joined Morgan Stanley’s Global Stock Plan Services team in New York as Head of the Corporate Client Experience. Nancy brings more than 15 years’ experience to the role from previous senior level positions at Fidelity and Computershare (Transcentive). She is well regarded in the business for her equity compensation plan design, administration, communications, financial and regulatory reporting experience.

In her new role, Nancy will be responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Client Experience, heading up the Client Executive Council and ensuring that Morgan Stanley’s administrative offerings are aligned with today’s trends in equity compensation.

Nancy holds an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University. She is a member of GEO (Global Equity Organization), and NASPP (National Associate of Stock Plan Professionals), is a Level 3 CEP (Certified Equity Professional), and is author of “Communications Campaigns That Work”, in GEOnomics ’09, A Journal of Equity Plan Leadership.
