GEO London Conference Code of Conduct

GEO is committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for all attendees. We expect attendees to follow our Code of Conduct at all conference events. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status, as provided by local, state, or federal law;

Sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact;

GEO 16th International Conference, London

Abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference; and

Undue interruption of any conference event, speaker or session.



Registrants allow GEO the use of their image, job title, and company name and company logo.


Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration, we offer a 100% refund of the registration fee until 15 January 2015. Between 16 January 2015 and 4 March 2015, we will refund 1/2 (50%) of the original conference registration fee for canceled registrations. After 4 March 2015, there will be no refunds.

If you are not able to attend and you must cancel your conference registration after 4 March 2015, you will have the option of substituting another person from your organization to attend in your place. For new members joining GEO in conjunction with conference registration, the amount of your fees attributable to membership are not refundable under our conference cancellation policy.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 days of the request.

Sharing or splitting of conference passes is not be permitted.
