The increasing level of information companies globally are required to disclose in consequence of corporate governance pay ratio and gender pay gap reporting requirements may well highlight a lack of diversity in organisations. In this webcast, Pinsent Masons will set out the relevant disclosure requirements, looking at matters which may come to light as companies gather the relevant data. The presenters will focus on the positive impact that good D&I (diversity and inclusion) practices and training have on reducing discrepancies highlighted by such disclosures.
