This panel discussion will address the unique challenges and goals associated with offering broad-based equity and will look at how equity has enhanced the employment experience for each of these employers. “Equity for all” is a very admirable goal–but along the path to that goal are some significant hurdles particularly with regard to identifying and meeting strategic plan goals and ensuring the entire employee base, including new recipients, perceive the true value of their awards.
