TOPIC
Global Equity Insights - Past, Present, and Future
Established in 2013, the Global Equity Insights Survey (GEIS) has captured the market practice of participants from all over the world for nine years running. GEO is pleased to be joined for this webcast by survey sponsors Computershare, Fidelity, hkp///, SAP, and Siemens Energy for a special look at the evolution of the results over the history of the study.

The webcast team will share a recap of the 2020 results, along with notable changes unveiled in comparison to prior study results, addressing the use of equity on a global level and covering important topics such as plan types and design, implementation and administration challenges as well as linkages to company performance and employee satisfaction. The panel will also provide a forecast of 2021 trends, including insight on changes driven from challenges created by COVID-19 as well as findings and suggestions on how best to utilize this information in your own planning.

Join us as we share the major survey results and hear how these findings might impact your HR and equity compensation strategy in the future.

As a participant you will:

  • Gain insights to global long term trends and new developments with regards to equity-based compensation
  • Understand best practice design of equity-based compensation and drivers of company performance
  • Learn key differences of market practice between the economic regions of the world, especially North America vs European market practice
