This panel of experienced practitioners will provide you with multiple perspectives to help guide you through a host of withholding and reporting pitfalls. Our presenters will give you practical tips for how to stay on the right track. The topics will include the latest tax withholding and reporting changes impacting global equity compensation, pros and cons of different withholding methods, how to keep up with changes to reporting obligations and rates, and dealing with special challenges (e.g., remote working – COVID!, working with Israeli trustees, tax withholding and China SAFE).

       compensation globally
2.    The pros and cons of different withholding methods, broken down by equity award type
