10.2 Case Study—Making Conditional Share Awards Work for You and Your Employees

Using a variety of company case studies, including BT's introduction of 'yourshare' with an award of shares to 101,997 employees, this panel of experts will look at the diverse approaches taken to awarding CSAs.
