4.2 The Great Debate! Your Chance to Vote on Strategic Equity Approaches

 

Each company with employment equity arrangements has their own objectives, targets, challenges and solutions. And yet we all seem to have the same issues and the same problems to solve. Now we have the ever-increasing importance of financial wellbeing of our employees to add to the equation.

This interactive session will explore four questions, and each of the experienced panel members will have a fixed time allocation to make their case on why their answer is the "right" one. You will then vote on your favorite answers to crown one of our panelists the winner!

Attendees will debate and vote on the following questions:

• Should we adapt our global equity plans to achieve local tax country advantages?
• What do you believe is the most effective and sustainable approach to translation of communications?
  
• What’s the most appropriate treatment for leavers?
  
• If you had a magic wand, what one thing would you change?
