Jessica Vinsand is the Director, Total Rewards for Chainalysis, a privately held Fintech. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of compensation and benefits from stock options to home office stipends. Prior to this role, Jessica has led the Rewards function at Trustly, Inc., and held various global roles in Total Rewards at SAP within the Equity Design and Total Rewards Innovation Lab teams. Before SAP, Jessica worked for Global Shares and Certent. Jessica has been a member of the Global Equity Organization Board of Directors for multiple years, focusing on the development of educational opportunities like Basics Bootcamp.
