Odelia holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration (with distinction) from IDC Herzliya, and is among the very few in Israel to have earned the prestigious Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from Santa Clara University, a program that comprehensively covers the legal, tax, and accounting dimensions of capital-based remuneration.
