Augustin is a seasoned professional currently serving as Global Share Plans Manager at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, where he leads the strategy, design, and governance of the company’s global equity compensation programmes. He played a key role in delivering the organisation’s equity framework through its carve-out from Unilever and IPO, establishing a scalable model spanning over 50 countries and supporting more than 18,000 employees worldwide.

With over 17 years of experience, Augustin brings deep expertise across equity plan design, global compliance, tax and mobility, financial reporting, and operational execution. His career spans both issuer and service provider environments, including senior roles at Flywire and Morgan Stanley, giving him a well-rounded perspective on managing complex, multinational share plans.

An active member of the global equity community, is a long-standing contributor to the GEO Spain Chapter.
