Craig Rubino is Head of Corporate Relationship Management, North America at Morgan Stanley at Work. In this role, he leads the U.S. Public, Global Private, and Canada relationship management and participant education teams that support workplace benefit plan clients. Previously, Craig led the Financial Wellness and Learning & Development teams for Morgan Stanley at Work.
Craig has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 25 years focused on equity compensation and benefit plan administration. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he served as Vice President of Product Management for Fidelity Investments’ Stock Plan Services group.

Craig holds an MBA from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire. He holds FINRA Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, following Boston sports, especially the Boston Celtics and New England Patriots—and visiting Auburn University, where both of his children attend (“War Eagle”).
