Robert is a Partner and Practice Leader at Aon, having previously served as a Partner in PwC’s People and Organization practice. 

He has extensive experience in executive and equity compensation, including the associated accounting, financial reporting and tax implications. His expertise also covers the impact of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs, on equity-based compensation plans.
