Amélie is a Partner within the Tax & Legal practice at Deloitte Canada and leads our National Equity and Incentives service line. She has over 17 years of tax experience, specializing in the area of compensation design, implementation and operation of companies’ incentive arrangements, in addition to considering tax optimization strategies in a cross-border / global context. She is advising a number of Canadian headquartered public and private companies on all aspects of rewards and is serving a number of clients in the financial services industry.
