Vice President and Assistant Secretary, Corporate Compliance, responsible for Regulatory Compliance for Radian Group Inc., a publicly traded insurance, real estate and mortgage services provider. As a member of the Legal Department of Radian since 1988, Ms. Bohm managed the equity compensation programs at Radian from 1992-2015. Since 2015 she has served as a subject matter expert at Radian on matters related to equity compensation. Her expertise in the equity compensation field is primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law, plan design and general administration. Ms. Bohm has a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Arizona, received the designation of Certified Equity Professional (CEP) from Santa Clara University and a Paralegal Certificate from Widener University. Recently she became a Designated Fellow with the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), where she previously served as the Eastern Regional Representative from 2007-2021 and as the President of the Philadelphia Chapter from 1997-2007. Over the past 25 years she has worked with the CEP Institute at Santa Clara University on numerous test development projects including item writing, item review and standards setting, and currently serves on the Certification Council. In addition, she has been a speaker on various equity compensation matters at many industry conferences including NASPP, Global Equity Organization, Morgan Stanley (Solium, Transcentive, CMS and eTrade), CEPi, and Rutgers University Employee Ownership conference.
Rose Hoffman has been in the Equity Compensation field for over 35 years. Rose has worked on both the issuer and vendor side of various companies in Silicon Valley.
Rose is currently Director, Equity Plans at Guardant Health, Inc. headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Rose currently manages Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs and an ESPP Program to over 2,000 global employees and 16 countries. Prior to Guardant Health, Inc., she was Director of Global Stock Plan Services at PayPal, eBay prior to the spinoff from 2014 to 2021, and prior to that Rose was with E*TRADE Financial from 2012 to 2014 where she was a Relationship Manager and was responsible for the relationship between E*TRADE and some of their Corporate Clients. Prior to 2012 there were other Silicon Valley companies that she worked for but has always remained in the Equity Compensation / Stock Administration arena, she has reported into Finance, HR and Legal.
Rose received her CEP in June 2001. She is a member of the Curriculum Committee of the CEP Institute at Santa Clara University. She has volunteered for the CEP Institute with Question Standard Setting and Question Item Review for several years. Rose is currently the Vice President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the NASPP. Rose received the NASPP Individual Achievement Award in 2019. She has been a speaker at the local and national levels at the GEO, E*TRADE, and NASPP Conferences.
Mark brings extensive experience in collaborating with companies of all sizes to help manage complex equity compensation plan designs. Currently, he serves as the Global Equity Compensation program lead at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he oversees the administration and execution of the equity program for 15,000+ employees worldwide. Before joining Regeneron, Mark was a Relationship Manager at UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions, where he managed several corporate client relationships and the administration of their equity compensation programs.
Mark graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, concentrating in Human Resources. He holds an Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) designation from the Certified Equity Professional Institute and maintains his FINRA Series 7 and 66 qualifications.
