As Hong Kong’s individual tax filing season gets underway, many organisations are taking stock of their equity compensation arrangements and their related tax implications. This makes it an opportune time to revisit how share awards, share options and other equity plans are taxed in Hong Kong, and how overseas tax rules can affect both employers and employees with cross border roles.

This interactive forum will focus on the practical issues that arise when implementing and administering equity plans.
