My journey in equity started in 2017. With 10 years under my belt in Financial Services and Private Equity/Venture Capital banking, I decided it was time for something different…and just like that, I unknowingly ventured into the equity industry and found something unique and completely different.

While working on the vendor side at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley (f.k.a. Solium), I had the opportunity to learn about their equity platform in great detail as I managed a book of business with different complexities. I didn’t realize it then but this experience was merely a stepping stone for the next big thing…Lucid Motors!

I have called Lucid Motors home for the last 3.5 years and just can’t see myself anywhere else! I had the pleasure of being part of our SPAC merger July of 2021 so seeing us go from private to public and grow the way we have is just something very special. Our plan has evolved from a simple Options/RSU type plan to Options, RSUs, PSUs, French-Qualified Plan, and ESPP. The knowledge I have gained and continue to gain every day as we continue to expand is just thrilling. I never imagined equity would take me this far but I couldn’t be happier and shout out to the best boss ever Matt Connor for all of his continued guidance and support along the way.

I am passionate about employee share ownership and its benefits for both individuals and corporations. My career has been dedicated to working in Employee Share Plans, and I am eager to continue in this industry, helping to shape the future of Global Equity and providing best practice, peer analysis and market insight to the Global community. I hold a Cert. ESP qualification in Employee Share Plans.

I have been fortunate enough to gain experience in many areas of Employee Share Plans to date. I spent several years building a scalable Share Plan communication product to support share plan issuers with educating employees and increasing participation in all-employee plans. I also was part of a team that delivered an industry-first personalised video campaign for a global audience to better help executives understand the value of their discretionary awards.

I then moved into a consultative role which enabled me to support issuers in launching new global share plans, both for all employee and executive populations. I worked with colleagues across the globe and within the GEO community to achieve successful roll-out of share plans. My work also spanned companies looking to introduce share plans as part of a major IPO, enabling me to work closely with clients, legal advisors, and IPO specialists to deliver several complex, global, and cross-border IPO projects which delivered equity to employees.

I have been a member of GEO since 2017 and have proudly served on the UKCI GEO Chapter Team since 2021. In this role, I have taken on increased responsibilities for strategy, business development, and leading our UKCI logistics, contributing to some of our most well-attended events in the GEO UKCI team.

I have attended GEO events as part of my professional development, including the Annual Conference in Edinburgh in 2023 and GEO PERE events in London and Berlin. These experiences have reinforced my pride in being part of the equity community and motivated me to continue my work in the share plans industry. At the Berlin GEO PERE event in 2023, I had the opportunity to speak on two panels, gaining valuable experience in delivering content aligned with attendees’ needs and requirements.

I am excited at the prospect of joining the GEO Future Leaders Program as I believe it will provide a platform to expand my knowledge, network and expertise in employee equity and help me contribute to shaping the future of GEO and the employee equity industry.
