Alex Chivarsky

Alex Chivarsky is a Financial Advisor for UBS in Century City. Alex and his team are well known as a valuable resource for corporate executives and have a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that they face. Alex started his career with UBS in early 2006 as an Investment and Portfolio Analyst specializing in Managed Accounts, Structured Solutions and Alternative Investments. Alex earned his degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Political Theory and Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and has earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP®) Designation through the Certified Equity Professional Institute at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Alex was born in Hamburg, Germany and has been living in the United States since 1986.

Chris Dohrmann, FGE

Chris Dohrmann is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Global Shares, a J.P. Morgan company and host of the Global Shares equity compensation podcast, Own Up. Chris has over 30 years’ experience and has worked with companies ranging from startups to pre-IPO, from small to mid-cap companies in the US, and with international Fortune 500 firms. Chris’ career has spanned all areas of the industry, including investment banks, issuers, brokers, and platform providers. Chris was formerly Executive Director at Equatex, and prior to that spent 20 years in positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citigroup and AST. He is experienced in managing high profile, high revenue relationships, as well as large client bases. Chris is a Fellow of Global Equity as well as a current member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, a former Board Member of Global Equity Organization as well as the CEPI Advisory Board.

Danyle Anderson, FGE

Danyle Anderson is a Director of Industry and Consultant Relations for the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions group at Bank of America. With a focus on employee share plans, ESPP and executive compensation, Danyle is responsible for fostering connections among clients, consultants, influencers, and banking partners, and shaping ideas around employee ownership within the share plan community.
In her prior role as the Executive Director of the Global Equity Organization (GEO), Danyle led GEO for more than 10 years, establishing industry-leading global share plans education, networking and programming for the global share plans industry. Prior to GEO, Danyle served as Programs Director at the NASPP, Head of Investor Relations and Shareholder Services with Tech Data where she had responsibility for global stock ownership programs in 40+ countries and as an Auditor with Deloitte.
Danyle has over twenty-five years of experience in the equity compensation field and is a Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) and an Executive Fellow of the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at Rutgers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Certified Equity Professional and Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses.
Dave Lanka

Dave is an Equity Plan Specialist in the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions group at Bank of America. In order to assist companies in finding the appropriate solutions for their corporate stock plans, Dave leverages over 30 years of experience in sales, relationship management, plan administration services and consulting for equity compensation and retirement plans.
Dave holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University, and in 2003, he earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. In addition, he holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Dave voluntarily served on the Technical Oversight Board for multiple GPS: Guidance | Procedures | Systems research projects conducted by the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) on topics including Global Stock Plans, Performance Awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and Participant Education and Communication. He also is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) New York/New Jersey chapter board.
Dave resides in New Jersey with his wife and his two sons, and when he is not working, Dave enjoys coaching youth sports, teaching both typical and special needs children.

Emily Cervino, FGE

Emily Cervino, CEP, FGE, Head of Industry Relationships and Thought Leadership, Fidelity Stock Plan Services
As head of Fidelity Stock Plan Services' Industry Relationships and Thought Leadership, Emily drives connections with the stock plan industry and focuses on developing data-driven insights on equity compensation plan design, usage, and effectiveness based on quantitative and qualitative research to help plan sponsors make more informed decisions about their equity plans and processes.
Emily has spearheaded work to develop deep understanding of Employee Stock Purchase Plans and the impact of design on participation, conducted analysis on the relationship between Performance Award payouts and corporate performance, and shared extensive data on employee selling behavior, participant perceptions, and participant communications and engagement.
In her former role as executive director of the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) at Santa Clara University, Emily was involved in all aspects of certification, research, and program marketing. She also managed all the equity compensation programs at National Semiconductor, and held various roles at E*TRADE/ShareData.
With over 20 years in the industry, Emily is recognized for deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for equity compensation. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics to help educate employers, advisors, and the media. Emily is a board member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute, member of the NASPP Executive Advisory Committee, recipient of the NASPP Individual Achievement Award, a Fellow of Global Equity, and a representative on GEO’s Partner Alliance Council. She is a Certified Equity Professional and holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.

Karol Peake

Karol is an Account Manager for Stock and Option Solutions. Additionally, she is a member of the Global Equity Organization and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. She has been providing stock plan administration services to a variety of clients for over 6 years. Karol came to the world of equity compensation after 20 years managing her own successful electronic tool manufacturing business. Much of her current ability to negotiate challenging situations, identify creative solutions, and relate to her client’s ultimate needs can be attributed to her former experience as a business owner. Karol is known for her “hands on” approach, and comprehensive expertise for plans utilizing multiple equity software programs. She attended San Jose State University for business administration and today still resides in San Jose, CA.

Nathan Swartz

Nathan is a director in PwC’s Reward and Benefits Practice. He has a wide range of experience in areas of compensation, tax, human resources, and employment law. His practice includes HR strategy, employment law compliance, executive compensation tax, incentive plan design, payroll systems and operations, and employee benefits.
He has assisted a wide array of clients with compensation design, HR strategy, employment law compliance, executive compensation tax, incentive plan design, payroll systems and operations, and employee benefits matters. He has spent 10+ years assisting multinational companies with HR tax/incentive design matters.
Nathan graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Japanese and a minor in Chinese and received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Pam Chernoff

Pam Chernoff is a writer and editor who is a consultant in Aon Human Capital Solutions Communications Practice. Pam specializes in employee education, print communications, and video creation in the stock plan, benefits, and total rewards space. She is a co-author of The Stock Options Book, a textbook for the Certified Equity Professional exams. Before joining Aon, she was the Curriculum Coordinator for the Certified Equity Professional program at Santa Clara University’s Silicon Valley Executive Center. Prior to working at the CEPI, she was director of equity compensation projects at the National Center for Employee Ownership, where she managed the prep course for the CEP exams. Before starting in equity compensation, she spent 10 years in journalism, including a stint as copy desk chief for Pensions & Investments newspaper. She has a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.

Rob Miceli

Rob Miceli has been a member of the AwardChoice Financial Reporting team since 2006. Rob brings to the AwardChoice Financial Reporting team a background in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from the Barrett Honors College, W.P. Carey School of Business, at Arizona State University. Prior to his current role at the firm, Rob began his career in equity compensation in 2005 with Equity Methods, ultimately serving as the Director of Business Development for Equity Methods before the company was acquired by Merrill Lynch in 2006. Rob earned his Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from Santa Clara University in 2015 and received his Advanced Equity Compensation Accounting Certificate through SCU’s Certified Equity Professional Institute in its inaugural program year in 2021. Rob resides in San Diego, California with his wife Carmen and their two children, Dominic and Sofia.

Robert Fritz

Robert Fritz is a Managing Director and member of the J.P. Morgan Private Advisory leadership team, a cross-disciplinary group of over 100 global specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward-thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals.
As Head of Executive Advisory, Robert advises CEOs and other senior executives on compensation and benefit-related matters to help them maximize these sophisticated offerings.
Robert draws on three decades of experience working directly with some of the most influential stakeholders in corporate America, whose wealth is closely tied to corporate benefits. He takes a consultative approach to help these successful clients think critically about their long-term goals and make strategic decisions that align with their aspirations. Robert’s proficiency spans the full range of company-sponsored executive compensation structures, including stock plans, deferred benefit plans, retirement plans and more.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Robert spent over 30 years at Goldman Sachs Ayco, where he led the overall strategy and growth of the Executive Wealth practice as well as the income tax and insurance business.
Robert earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Saint Michael's College and an M.B.A. from Union College. He sits on the boards of the LaSalle Institute and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall Foundation. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult children and traveling to new destinations.

Ronald Costa

Ron joins our team as a Wealth Strategy Associate, bringing a strong foundation of expertise in real estate and a proven track record of success. His strategic mindset and dedication to client service make him a valuable asset as he transitions into private wealth management. With a passion for helping clients navigate financial complexities, Ron draws on his real estate background to build meaningful relationships with our clients.
In addition, Ron manages a team of associates, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality support across all aspects of the business.
Ron holds the Series 7, Series 66, and Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses. He also obtained the Certified Equity Professional designation from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. As an expert in equity compensation, he specializes in navigating the complexities of Restricted Sales and 10b5-1 plans, providing insiders and executives of publicly traded companies with specialized guidance in these areas.

Sandra Sussman, FGE

Sandra is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in global equity compensation, global stock plan services management and administration, and legal and corporate governance administration. In her role at SAP, Sandra is responsible for global equity compensation strategy and the design of best-in-class global equity compensation programs to facilitate SAP's attraction and retention of key talent.
Sandra holds a BA degree in political science from the University of Virginia, and began her professional career as an active-duty officer in the US Army Transportation Corps. She is a Certified Equity Professional and a Fellow Global Equity, sits on the board of directors of the Global Equity Organization and is an active member of the NASPP and WorldatWork.

Sharmon Priaulx

Sharmon Priaulx is a managing director in PwC’s Boston-based Workforce Solutions practice. She practices in the area of executive compensation and other employee benefits. Sharmon consults with boards and management on the development and technical operation of qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans and equity arrangements. She also advises on general tax matters that arise in the compensation area, such as fringe benefits, qualified retirement plans and related payroll issues. Her clients include public and private companies, financial services entities and multinational groups.
Prior to joining PwC, Sharmon practiced at a national law firm, advising clients on retirement, equity and employee benefit plans. Sharmon has been a law school guest lecturer and speaks at seminars on topics ranging from deferred compensation compliance to payroll issues.
Sharmon has a B.A. from Columbia University, Barnard College and a J.D. (cum laude) from Villanova School of Law, where she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the Order of the Coif. She is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.

Silvana Nuzzo

Silvana Nuzzo is a Principal at Pay Governance with 25 years of experience in both consulting and corporate roles. Silvana advises compensation committees and management teams across a wide range of industries on executive pay design and corporate governance, with a focus on incentive programs that align with and support organizations’ short- and long-term business strategies.
Prior to joining Pay Governance, Silvana served as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Argo Group. She previously held roles as Director of Executive Compensation at International Flavors & Fragrances and as a consultant with Frederic W. Cook & Co. and Pearl Meyer & Partners.
Silvana serves as an adjunct associate professor at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies and has been a featured speaker on compensation and corporate governance topics for a variety of organizations.
Sinead Kelly

Sinead Kelly is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Compensation practice. Sinead focuses her practice on executive compensation and global equity, advising on the design, administration, governance and implementation of executive and director compensation arrangements, including equity and incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, severance and employment agreements, change in control plans, bonus plans, and director compensation programs. Sinead also frequently speaks and publishes on compensation-related topics and is a contributing author to Lexis Practice Advisor and Wolters Kluwer's "Practical Guide to SEC Proxy and Compensation Rules," and a founder of the Firm's Compensation Connection blog. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Certified Equity Professionals Institute (CEPI) of Santa Clara University and serves on the Firm's International Benefits Committee. Sinead has been recognized by Chambers USA for Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, where clients have described her as "extremely intelligent, responsive and solution-oriented." She is a Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer for 2024 and is ranked by Legal 500 as a "Leading Lawyer" for Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and Retirement Plan Design.

Stephen Popowski

Stephen Popowski is a Director in Aon’s equity valuation practice. In his current role, Stephen consults directly with management and Compensation Committees on issues related to share-based compensation programs. He frequently produces financial reporting information for a broad range of equity-based compensation instruments, especially employee stock options, stock appreciation rights, and performance units/shares. Stephen frequently performs valuations under Accounting Standards Codification Topic 718 (“Topic 718â€) as well as under International Financial Reporting Standard 2 (“IFRS 2â€) using Monte Carlo simulation.
Stephen previously served as the interim Head of European Equity Services, where he led Aon’s equity valuation practice in the UK and European markets. Prior to that he was the Associate Practice Leader for Aon’s CEO Pay Ratio market offering, where he advised over 100 US-based clients on compliance, modeling, statistical sampling, and communications relating to CEO Pay Ratio.
Stephen is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (“NASPPâ€) and served as the Treasurer of the Wisconsin NASPP Chapter from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Stephen publishes thought leadership around a variety of topics and is a frequent speaker at regional, national, and international conferences on Topic 718, IFRS 2, and CEO Pay Ratio. Stephen received his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and received his master’s degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Stephen is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), and is an FSA Credential Holder through the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (Value Reporting Foundation).

Tanner Chournos

Tanner Chournos, CEP, is a member of the Stock Team at Asana, where he drives employee education and engagement initiatives for Asana’s global workforce. Before joining Asana, he led the Associate Service Manager Team at Morgan Stanley. Tanner holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Utah. He is also actively involved in DEI efforts as a co-lead of Asana’s Team Rainbow Employee Resource Group.

Tara Hagen, CPA, FGE

Tara is an Associate Partner in the Equity Services team at Aon. She has over 25 years of experience in providing tax compliance and consulting services, as well as over 15 years in equity compliance and consulting. The range of services Tara provides to her clients includes domestic and international payroll, equity compensation, and global and domestic mobility policies. Having lived and worked and moved across the country and abroad, Tara has a global mindset and is a true partner for her clients and mentor among colleagues. Tara is known for seeing tax matters from various angles, including from the employer, employee, and the tax authorities.
Tara earned her Bachelor of Science, Economics from Rutgers University as well as her Master of Business Administration, Accounting Management. She is a California CPA, Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) and is a member of National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Bay Area Mobility Management, and the Junior League San Francisco. Tara is also a member of Global Equity Organization, Board Member, and leader in the Northern California chapter which has consistently received GEO honors. And herself been a 2021 recipient of the GEO Star Award. Outside of the office and various speaking engagements, Tara enjoys traveling, cooking, live music, jogging, and yoga, in addition to spending time with family and friends.
