Navigating the Multi-Generational Workplace

DR. PAUL REDMOND

Dr Paul Redmond has spent more than 30 years researching how different generations think, work, learn, and engage. As Director of Student Experience and Enhancement at the University of Liverpool, he has helped shape how thousands of graduates transition into the workplace while advising organisations on attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.

In an engaging, thought-provoking keynote, Paul will explore:

  • How Generations X, Y, Z and Baby Boomers approach work differently
  • The impact of AI, automation and changing career models on the workforce
  • Why traditional motivation strategies are becoming less effective
  • How organisations can build cultures that engage every generation
  • What HR, reward and equity professionals need to understand about tomorrow's workforce

Combining academic research with humour, real-world examples and practical insight, Paul's sessions challenge assumptions and leave audiences with fresh ideas they can immediately apply.

Whether you're responsible for employee share plans, reward, HR, governance or employee communications, this keynote will provide valuable perspectives on the changing workforce your plans are designed to serve.
